Over the past 20 years, I worked in Microsoft space with core expertise in Dynamics CRM, I discontinued my Ph.D in Bridge engineering with experience in research I built my own IP for every possible issue in CRM. I am in independent freelance researcher, I do constant research to see what works and what does not work. This helps me resolve the issues much faster, either I have a predefined solution or I might have an IP in my solutions bank, which results in solving issues much faster and direclty effecting the cost.
